We freakin’ love hot chicken… and there is no better hot chicken than The Hot Chicken Project’s damn fine hot chicken.

When Aaron Turner (IGNI and THCP owner/chef) painted the picture of a place with good food, good wine, good beer and good vibes we started drooling a little at the prospect of creating its identity and branding. The picture only got sweeter when we found out we’d be paid in a lifetime supply of delectable fried goodness washed down with a mouthful of radness.

THCP draws inspiration from the some-what famous Nashville Hot Chicken. This flaming hot dirty bird has street food origins with a rich cultural heritage. Nashville itself is a hot bed for music and culture and it’s these good vibes that THCP has captured and brought to Australia. We wanted to channel this a bit, whilst also bringing in Turner’s own expressions and appropriations.

THCP is exploring new territories with its ‘Good Vibes Project’ which includes badass guest chefs and salacious shin-digs. When not partying hard, you can chill with something from THCP’s side project – ‘The Cold Ice Cream Project’. Fuuuuuuun!

THCP is a meeting place with always good food, good people and good vibes. It’s as much about the experience as it is the food. But gee-willicky, the food is de-lish-us!
